Thanks for the correction Geo as i said i had forgotten about these photos must be getting old do remember hearing this company went out of business
Three scanned 35mm slides from me.
Firstly, two from Duxford, taken in April 1975, before the museum was open. I was 12 years old at the time and my dad had to apply in writing to visit and on acceptance, you were given a guided tour.
Sally B having her nose art applied (note only ‘S’ and ‘a’ done so far!)
A Liberator. I think this was an ex Indian AF example which was ferrying to the US and had engine trouble. Note the lack of prop.
A year earlier and a short journey to Cranfield and this appeared, the RS Desford.
I hope these are of interest
Nice to see the Raspberry Ripple Javelin in the background on the B24 shot

Thomas Cook Scandinavia fleet consists of 2xA320, 6xA321 and 4xA330 (1x-200,3x-300)
Hi TP
Thanks for clearing that up all sites i visited just mentioned the A321 ex My Travel

JJ
Nice, but I’m fairly sure that’s a 320, not a 321
I checked on this when I first took the photo and have re checked an it appears the Scandinavian fleet operate the 321
Ohh I Went Rhodes The A320’s Were Goin To Manchester 🙂
This one is part of the Scandinavia fleet which can just be seen over the wing and cover the Sweden/Danish Routes
And this is it at Edinburgh in July 2008, shortly before the operator FlyAnt Cargo went out of business.
Thanks for all the info guys I knew somebody would come up with the answer

Fine shots…is Ryanair the dominant carrier at Liverpool?
Hi Steve

It’s a bit difficult to make much comment because the file sizes are so small. What lens were you using on the D50, and have you cropped them in at all?
Pity the weather wasn’t a bit better: mid-afternoon in the autumn on a sunny day and the lighting angles are pretty good from the spec where you obviously were.
Lens size was 70-300mm i havent cropped just reduced pixel size to upload but agree on the weather but with all weather what you see is what you got

John
Nice, and hello.
May I request you add them as 500 pixels wide? Saves clicking each and every one.
thanks for the tip will try this on next images
Thanks for all the comments folks will keep adding
Cheers
John
