We thought so too.
Thank you!
Kate
If you’d like to see photos of the memorial, please head to Facebook. The church was packed in the end, supported by the Polish community from Hull and those who remembered the Poles fondly.

No interest at all? Blimey. Quite surprising/disappointing.:(
Bumping this up.

I just heard that John Agnew passed away, is it true?

Oh! That’s my chap on the advert!
Thanks for linking.
I’d like two please, can’t believe I was in Lincs last weekend and drove past the Petwood etc.
Have you approached Andrew and Louise at East Kirkby? I’m there for EK43 at the end of may-I know they did their own wristbands for Just Jane but might be worth asking.

Very sad to read about it, tragic loss.

Should have a final date next week, possibly the week after due to the extended holiday. You’d all be very welcome and there will most definately be Polish Vodka at the reception!:D
Ah well, just all come along to the dedication and show your support!

I think I’ll stick with my best point of reference which is the original breast pocket badge and the information from the Sikorski Inst.
No doubt people will quibble, but the vast majority of photos in my collection show this colourway.
I hope the discussion doesn’t lose sight of the memorial itself.
K
poop! thanks anyway!
So I was right, excellent….
