HUD looks very much like the F-15C one
the 3 retros has the same shape and position of those on the F-15C
the same handle as the F-15C on the right
The black square on the right…which is a compas.

But I didn’t say it was a F-15C cockpit, I’ ve just said it looks like a F-15C cockpit :p

Yes these 2 mica were just release tests on the fuselage stations. They had no rocket motor AFAIK.
