I can’t make it now due to a hockey match…absaloutely gutted, not seen the beast since the Paris airshow 😀
As long as nothing comes up…me + car should be there 🙂
Is it just me or does the economy class look rather “cosy.”
I doubt it will be as radical as everyone seems to be making it out to be. It would take a massive delay to start re-designing EVERYTHING.
Somewhere between a total re-design, and Boeing’s “subtle changes” to the 787 (e.g. redefined nose and tail) will probably do the job!
As far as I’m aware the IL-96 is still grounded?
In comparison however it is far less efficient, and western models are considered “safer.” Only SAS are known to be looking (from a western point of view) at Russian designed/constructed aircraft.
“easyjet launch Bangor Maine”
Whilst still charging 50p for a kit-kat? They can sod-off!!!! 😉
Apologies for this, was taken using my mobile phone and its focused on the bigger of the lot.
My little home away from home. Here at uni I didn’t have room for all me Dragon wings stuff, including the 380 and 380F (think I’m going to collect the set but I’ve got this interest in Boeing suddenly 😮
I brought a couple down here, two main shelves in my room, one with all my uni stuff on it (BEng Aerospace Technology) and the other has all my PPL stuff so thought it a nice little addition. Including my 777-200ER in the new scheme, very shiny  , also not bad for 99p+£8 postage!

Are they going to have pictures of clouds rotating outside the windows…thats what I want to know!
OK, well after your trip to London for the interview, you should be OK then! Best wishes for your training – an intensive course is tremendous fun but very hard work, definitely not a holiday. Fly with United, keep the books in your bags, and listen to live ATC on channel 9 to get you in the mood instead! 🙂

Best (cheapest) I’ve found has been with Continental…including 2 a/c changes on the way back :D.
4 hour wait in Newark on the way out though .
Still not booked it, and the prices are over £500, hoping to get the green light from the folks this weekend to go in the first week of July. Gives me a month at home to work/study.
I’ll take my uni notes with me, chances are I’m going to have to re-sit this Control & Instrumentation theory exam. Why couldn’t it be about more practical stuff (cockpit systems overviews, rather than the inner workings of control system theory 🙁 )
If a crew member falls ill down route, they will be offloaded, and the aircraft will run on min crew or -1.
We operate with 1 crew per 50 seats and not per pax, so if it was a full load a % of pax would be offloaded untill the next flight
I bet your customers must absaloutely love that one! “Sorry you can’t fly because we gotta go and your cabin crew member is late” 😉
I want a week off…damn revision 🙁
I want a week off…damn revision 🙁
Booking with Orlando Flight training so sorting out the M1 visa in all the appropriate correct and most improtantly, legal manners but I guess I shall leave the flying books in my suitcase :(.
Ah well, will just have to count waves from 35,000ft instead 😀
In terms of keeping everything functional…they can use a ground power unit to power the electronics and electronic based systems. The article (from which you’ve taken that diagram) does state that the APU and air generation units will be switched ON!
Just gotta wait until I have to explain to Immigration why I’m in the country!
Uhh…im here to learn to fly, then leave again.
