hey, i have an idea, lets realise that these airlines all went down the drain or got took over. Now, let’s just concentrate on the ones we may well travel on or spot in todays world….like titan….

You know when you’re young, YOUNGER THAN ME!, and you dont really know much about planes, and there are certain planes that you have names for, like Virgin sun would be ‘the bananna plane’ and the Kilkenny pictured above was ‘the beer plane’.

thanks again everyone! Funnily enough when I was there my dad went to get our coats and because of the wind I had to hold his pint…I didnt even try and count how many people stared at me! lol

Great pics! You must have been there at the same time as me as I saw all of them, the Lufthansa A340 was a big highlight!

ALSO talking of unusual visitors an RAF VC-10 just roared past my house going into MAN!!

I went on a Ryanair B732 from MAN to Dublin, my 1st ever flight and it was great! The take off felt like i was going to end up coming out the other end of my seat but landing was just nice!

Well, if he jumped to avoid the passengers then the steps would have still been there as the passengers would be on them.
