Any one under 15 shouldn’t be eligible to join the forum in my opinion.

Hope you’re not being serious! I’ve just been studying at school on comments like that, and how people can be put into ‘groups’ – eg, ‘All children under 15 do not contribute to the forum and just wind people up.’ Is that what you mean?
