Hi All,
I watched a descent low budget SciFi/Horror Extraterrestrial 30/1. Despite the soppy ending although that gave a good nod to the X-Files, overall I enjoyed it and that’s the main idea of watching these film…:eagerness:
Extraterrestrial (also known under the working title of The Visitors) is a 2014 sci-fi horror film that was directed by Colin Minihan, based on a script by both Vicious Brothers.[1] It stars Brittany Allen, Freddie Stroma, and Melanie Papalia as a group of friends that must defend themselves against an alien onslaught.[2]

Hi All,
Moggy,
I always thought he was a bit of a dimwit early on but over the years I have grown to respect as a good human being as he generally more often than not does the right thing and wears his heart on his sleeve. He has been a great ambassador for football and in my opinion he would do well as the head of FIFA as most of the old dodders on that panel who sit and dictate whatever just have not got a clue of grass roots football all over the world.
He would be the injection to get FIFA back on it’s feet again after so much crap that has happened. This simple act of kindness just shows the true strength of the man and is a credit to himself and should be held as an example of how we should all show a little kindness to others.

From ‘Water Bomber’s’ to ‘Water Bomb’ the start of it all, as is told in this article it never worked well thus we now have fire bombers.

Hi All,
Rich,
Very sorry to hear your no longer being a key component in the restoration of your WR693. You will surely be missed by those who really know how tirelessly and unselfishly you worked on WR963. Whatever the reason behind the political decision you can leave the project with your head held high, although it hurts to think about all that effort you put in you have helped keep the goal alive. If it falters you can have our own thoughts on that issue and can be fully satisfied with your endeavours despite the short sightedness of others because you value Family commitment there is no shame in that at all.
My concern is that after all your and others hard work towards airworthiness she will falter and end up like the restoration of the Woodbridge Vulcan XM603, having been restored to a fantastic static exhibit it was not capitalised on and all the efforts of those responsible must have been gutted for her only to sit outside and not be cared for as she could have. Well that’s how I view it although now there is new hope with the Avro Heritage Centre opening she will at last be looked after properly now.

Hi All,
I posted a while back about this film’s kickstarter launch, it had no replies at all if I remember correctly. Here is the site for more info on their successful campaign though. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1526119447/303-documentary If you click on the word Campaign you can view their short documentary’s.

Hi All,
A truly one of a kind actor who put 100% into any role through all genres that he acted, one of my favourite comic performances from Galaxy Quest as Alexander Dane. (Character description below) He played this to a T especially when signing at the convention….:D
Alexander Dane was a stage actor famous for his portrayal of Richard III, for which he received five curtain calls. He then took a job portraying Dr. Lazarus on the ’80s TV show “Galaxy Quest,” a space-travel story about an intrepid crew and their travels across the universe. The TV show was cancelled and the GQ actors have been reduced to living off their fame by attending sci-fi conventions, presiding at the opening of new stores, and allowing rabid fans to film interviews in their garages and basements. Dane is constantly irritated by the adulation received by his peer Jason Nesmith, who portrayed the captain of the ship on the show. Dane feels that he is the better actor, and that his talents by and large go unappreciated by audiences and fans. This is shown to be, for the most part, true, during the real-life adventures of the Galaxy Quest actors in space, where Nesmith’s character is praised by almost every alien they meet, even when the heroics have actually been performed by Dane. Dane sometimes feels that he has wasted his life on Galaxy Quest, when he could have opted to continue as a respected actor of the stage instead, yet he seems to enjoy being part of the GQ crew and even wears his prosthetic rubber headpiece when relaxing at home.
By grabthars hammer you shall be avenged! RIP Mr Rickman.
