Bloody Tesco click and collect what a useless service, ordered five items three only because the minimum spend is £40 (That’s a joke in itself) and the main items I allegedly reserved not available and despite clicking the no substitute icon, yep you guessed it substituted for others I never wanted.

I rang customer services and was told even though buying through click and collect it does not guarantee my items will be in stock, I asked wouldn’t be a simpler system if Tesco contact the customer via phone that the items was not n stock but would have a replacement either shipped next day or a couple of days later on next scheduled delivery ? Short answer NO!

I asked What is the point of click and collect having paid for requested items if it’s as random as entering a store, that’s just how the system works
sir ????? I couldn’t fault her as she did do a stock check at my local store said my items were in stock, daughter dispatched immediately to store and Yep! your correct no stock despite minutes passing WTF ???? Rant over I thank you….

Here’s something to ponder why Turkey wants this EU Membership possibly. I saw a Paul Begley video of the Turkey/Syria border guard house and being manned by ISIS ? “ISIS controls a Custom Office in Syria on the Turkish Border and ISIS terrorist can take fake passports and walk into Turkey “
If you can get past his religious overtones on his videos some of the stuff he gets hold of makes you think outside the box…..:confused:
