    Hi All,
    Snafu,
Did you actually read my post ?

Yes we haven’t helped with all our pollution but there are plenty of natural pollutants released into the air over the
same time period we have been taking records all we have done is added to the natural problem nothing more nothing less

I look at it from what I have read and watched from both sides of the argument, not what is the latest fashion in conspiracy theories as you are suggesting. It’s common sense that a company whose profits rely on producing energy from natural resources does not want some boffin who comes up with a way to provide free energy or come to that matter cheaper energy as what would the point off his now defunct energy source (Literally over night) be ? There are all sorts of green energy theories in particular free energy inventions that over the years have never gotten off the ground simply because nobody will invest in them. The reason that nobody will invest in them is simple, those who make money from energy would no longer do so if they took these ideas on.

At the end of the day it all comes down to one thing ‘GREED’ by those at the top who do not want any change, just like most company’s instead of making a decent profit they want bigger and bigger profits all the time, which leads to Higher prices for the consumer/Job lay offs/Cheaper materials used in whatever products/Farming out the work to cheaper labour while closing down their indigenous factories all so they can make more and more profit for less and less investment.

    Hi All,
I always loved the sound of the Gannet as far seeing them fly well the last I witnessed was at Coventry Air-Show not long after they had just started them up again, the gannet was parked up behind a Hercules and they bump started the Gannet with the Hercules prop wash. 😀

    Hi All,
The 5th Horseman – James Patterson.
A young mother is recuperating in a top San Francisco hospital when suddenly she’s gasping for breath. The call button fails to bring help in time. How and why did this happen? With help from the newest member of the Women’s Murder Club, Yuki Castellano, Lieutenant Lindsay Boxer discovers that this is not the hospital’s first suspicious case. Other patients have taken unexpected and devastating turns for the worse just as they’re planning to go home. Are these just appalling coincidences? Or is a maniac playing God with people’s lives? When someone close begins to exhibit the same terrifying symptoms, Lindsay fears no one is safe. In a wild race against time she must fight an administration determined to shield its reputation even if it means hiding a killer…

    Hi All,
    Trumper,Sopwith and others,
Here below is the reply to my enquiry about Walrus W2718 (G-RNLI).

    Hi,
Thanks for your query re our Walrus project.
Work continues, mostly focussed on the back end. Over the past 18 months we have built a new tailplane from two wrecked ones and have almost completed a new rudder based on a surviving spar. Next project will be the elevator.
Attached a picture of the rudder under construction by our engineer, Mike Fenton.
Happy for you to publish any of this.
    Regards

    Hi All,
    Beermat,
I say it as to me without 100% evidence from the beginning of earths creation along with all the variables that are constantly changing, also this so called scientific evidence that is offered as exact evidence are at best educated guess’s judged on what evidence that has been collated over the time period since records began.

The only difference between myself or others like me and an expert is a lot of experts have been trained to ask questions and have been taught to make decisions based on certain models to be applied to achieve an answer, where as I can look at it in black and white. As an example I know 1+1=2 why do I know that ? because that is how I/You and millions were taught and you have the physical evidence to back that up, with climate change you do not have the other half of the sum, it’s that missing part of the sum you need to achieve an accurate total.

The time period that we have been able to actually take measurements and record climate change is miniscule compared to how long the earth has actually had weather patterns affecting the earths climate, all the evidence is based on If/Buts and Maybe’s and is all different depending on who you talk to. In my tiny mind it’s as accurate as trying to predict the weather and getting it 100% spot on 100% of the time. We cannot do that from one day to the next so how can we say whatever is the cause of whatever if you do not have 100% evidence to back it up from when whatever it is alleged to have started ?

Could all be coincidence, could be fact nobody can say for certain because nobody was around millions of years ago to take notes and record, even with computer models and simulations if one piece of the data entered into a programme is wrong, keyed into the programme when being designed by accident
etc.etc.etc. It can throw it all out shape and produce a different Forecast/Answer to what is expected or produce a model of what is likely to happen then when whatever does not happen it’s blamed on the computer being wrong. When in actuality it’s simply because it only has part of the equation it needs to achieve an accurate answer.

    Hi All,
    JBoyle,
Well they will be good hand me downs if you have the boxes especially, which BP truck did you have the Superfast or the earlier 60’s type ? It depends on the condition on the toy and the box. My brother in-law collects them and he said it’s like any collection condition is everything but just like coins the Matchbox/Corgi/Hot Wheels etc.etc. all have varying levels of condition along with that comes varying values 😮

    Tony,
    You and me both matey….:p
