Yes he did I think he did that so he could get his version of events in first like I mentioned in another post “like a playground bully” and like most bully’s he has his comeuppance. While he maybe a big star this may be his undoing as possibly it may have an averse effect where nobody would want to touch him simply because of this on the other hand it may make him more popular. I don’t honestly know what I do know is that the correct decision was made and he has nobody to blame but himself and instead of gobbing off about it should now make a formal apology to his victim Oisin Tymon and tell all his followers not to blame Oisin at all.

Why don’t all JC’s supporters get real and just put themselves in the victim’s position if you were the victim of this assault are telling the rest of the forum you would just laugh it off as high jinks ? The part of the interview that made me laugh was when the interviewer asked if JC should fight this ???????? on what grounds ? If you are accused of assault at your work place it is classed as Gross-Misconduct simple, which is punishable by instant dismissal without any severance packages (Unless stated in terms of a contract.) after a thorough investigation.
All those who appear to support JC are treating the whole affair as if JC was the victim it’s unbelievable really, the real victim has done the best thing and kept quite letting Mr Gob spout off and make further quips about what happened treating it as a big joke and letting his mouth give him the sack.

The correct decision has been taken end of, I just hope that the show can recover it is quite possible that Mr May and Mr Hammond may regret taking their stance on not carrying on without him while the investigation was carried out, having said that they both have healthy bank balances and other irons in the fire.
