    Hi All,
27vet – Did they restore the missing flag that caused a little controversy ?

The Justice League – 2017 (Via Sky Cinema) Despite the Superman moustache cover up , at times though it seemed a bit video gamey viewing saying that I forgave these two errors and enjoyed the film, just another way to forget about the worlds troubles …….

    Starring:- Ben Affleck,Henry Cavill,Amy Adams,Gal Gadot,Ezra Miller,Jason Momoa,Ray Fisher,Jeremy Irons,Diane Lane,Connie Nielsen,J. K. Simmons,Ciarán Hinds,Sergi Constance,
    Nick McKinless, Aurore Lauzeral,David Thewlis,Robin Wright,Amber Heard,Julian Lewis Jones,Francis Magee,Joe Morton,Billy Crudup,(Joe Manganiello and Jesse Eisenberg End Credits)
Michael McElhatton,Holt McCallany, and Marc McClure.

Fuelled by his restored faith in humanity, and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists newfound ally Diana Prince to face an even greater threat. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to recruit a team to stand against this newly-awakened enemy. Despite the formation of an unprecedented league of heroes in Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash, it may be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

    Hi All,
JB – I was thinking along the lines of timescales and how funding is achieved, in the US it always seems that for the most everybody no matter who pitches in and the job gets done, yet in the UK it seems to take an eon to get started never mind funded and built for really deserving causes not just aviation themed.

It’s very disheartening for me and I would think all those who have donated not just cash over the years but time and effort for the VTTS team. When you take the other airframes into consideration I imagine those who allowed the aircraft to be taken on must have second thoughts now ? I hold my hands up as I have no idea how the system works in getting everything into place but still you would have thought they would all be under cover by now after getting kicked out of they’re hanger…..:(

    Hi All,
The Dark Knight Rises 2012 (Via Sky Cinema) Finally got to watch the final Christopher Nolan Batman instalment which I have to say was worth the wait IMPO. Any batman fan will like the film without being to critical, just another film from the Sci-Fi/Fantasy world that you can get lost in and leave the real world and all it’s problems for a good couple of hours….

    Starring:- Christian Bale,Michael Caine,Gary Oldman,Anne Hathaway,Tom Hardy,Marion Cotillard,Joseph Gordon-Levitt,Morgan Freeman,Tom Conti,Matthew Modine,Ben Mendelsohn, Burn Gorman,Alon Abutbul,Juno Temple,Daniel Sunjata,Chris Ellis,Brett Cullen,Cillian Murphy,Liam Neeson,William Devane,Josh Pence,Nestor Carbonell,Aidan Gillen,Rob Brown, Desmond Harrington,Josh Stewart,Christopher Judge,Noel Gugliemi,(Pittsburgh Steelers cameos :- Ben Roethlisberger,Hines Ward,Troy Polamalu,Willie Colon,Maurkice Pouncey,
    Mike Wallace,Heath Miller,Aaron Smith,Ryan Clark,James Farrior,LaMarr Woodley Casey Hampton and coach Bill Cowher),(Pittsburgh mayor – Luke Ravenstahl,
(United States Senator – Patrick Leahy) and Thomas Lennon.

It has been eight years since Batman (Christian Bale), in collusion with Commissioner Gordon (Gary Oldman), vanished into the night. Assuming responsibility for the death of Harvey Dent, Batman sacrificed everything for what he and Gordon hoped would be the greater good. However, the arrival of a cunning cat burglar (Anne Hathaway) and a merciless terrorist named Bane (Tom Hardy) force Batman out of exile and into a battle he may not be able to win.

    Hi All,
Counter Attack 1945 (Via talking Pictures channel Sky328) Classic B/W 40’s war film set on the eastern front, takes place in one location for the majority of the film. If you like war films then you should like this despite it’s lack of action….;)

    Starring:- Paul Muni,Marguerite Chapman,Larry Parks,Harro Meller,Roman Bohnen,George Macready,Eric Rolf,Ludwig Donath,Rudolph Anders,Philip Van Zandt,Frederick Giermann,
Wolfgang Zilzer,Ivan Triesault,Louis Adlon and Darren McGavin.

During World War II, two Russians, soldier Alexei Kulkov (Paul Muni) and navigator Lisa Elenko (Marguerite Chapman), are trapped underground with a group of Germans. Having recently witnessed a colleague’s skillful interrogation of a Nazi prisoner, Kulkov tries to prod the enemy soldiers into sharing details about Berlin’s strategy. But one of the Germans is just as shrewd, and he and Kulkov engage in a set of mind games that mirror the methods employed on the battlefield.

    Hi All,
Agent K – You are quite correct about my labelling. Honestly though without causing to much of offence how would you describe people who have they’re own agenda and insist the rest of society fall in line simply because they feel either they are being marginalised or just simply want to stir the pot ?

To my mind we should all just simply get on with life instead of insisting someone’s state of mind is being offered as normal. We all make choices some good some bad and the bad choices we have to live with even if not many people agree with your opinion, not insist you are correct in thinking and then trying to enforce others to think the same way which seems to be prevalent in society and yes I am old fashioned nothing wrong with that is there ? (When using the term you I am talking in general and not personal ;))

As for getting out well your quite correct if you know the cure for agoraphobia please let us know.

    Hi All,
Are we becoming a society in which soon anything we say will be taken offence at ? It seems that to me people that are termed as do-gooders either don not realise what they are doing or are very clever in promoting they’re own whatever agenda on to others simply because they cannot win over the vast majority of people who just want to get on with they’re lives.

When enabling certain words to be deemed abusive/offensive are we now just expanding beyond any original remit to halt offensive language and abuse to lack of common sense talking ?

    Hi All,
Not from this forum hence the heading Banned from forums, I was talking in general after being banned on another forum, not for being abusive but as far as I could tell for having a difference of opinion that a few including the moderators unfortunately do not agree with.

The use of the terms Snowflake and SJW when posting has always been of contention (Mainly because certain situations are made worse by individuals own agendas), on one occasion my being accused of being a far right winger for using the word indigenous 😮

Yet when I posted a thread about the use of certain words and if those words make the user a whatever there was not a single reply. In my mind just because an individual uses certain words it does not make them affiliated to a certain group or a certain type of person it’s just whoever using words to make comments. etc. etc.

To me it’s peoples interpretation of words you use that cause trouble, if people bothered to ask what you meant instead of accusing you of being of a certain political leaning etc.etc.etc.
it would save a lot of hassle IMHO.

    Geoff.
