A long stretch in prison after a string of failed jobs has not blunted the desire for Kip to pull off one more job. And this time, it’s the big one. vault through the cellars of adjoining bombed-out houses. Their crew consists of Nodge for the heavy work, Dodo to handle explosives, and Ron as the driver. and blasting their way into the vault. But just before the gang leaves, Kip has a heart attack and has to drop out. Against his better judgement Steve, who is strictly the organisation man, agrees to go on the job in his place. Meanwhile things start to go wrong.

Obvious candidates would be anyone associated with a possible VC10 cockpit restoration going under the radar unless that particular instrument could fit
into other cockpits ? But like already mentioned probably stolen to order it’s just so sad when the RSOUL could have even asked where to buy or if
anybody has one going spare ?
I am sure the aviation community would all come together if someone was wanting a particular instrument as favour to help. It’s a two way street you get
what you need and the donator could be helped out in the future with their wants. It’s a no brainer to me but to just steal what basically is of no use to
anybody other than to be installed in another VC10 just pathetic and sad lonely people…:mad:

Please accept my apologies if already discussed. I have been all the way back to the last week in September and cannot find any news on the
alleged damage to an Israeli F-35 by a Syrian missile battery firing an early version of a Russian S200 missile anybody know the truth as things are a bit sketchy ?
If this turns out to be true what does this mean for the entire F-35 fleet ? and those especially deployed to Sth Korea ? Could Lil Kim actually come good
with his promise of shooting down US aircraft if armed with similar missiles that is in the alleged incident ?
Also are any of these Youtubers below on the level or just full of regurgitated clips with their own editing and assumptions on the allegations ?

changes that are noticeable :rolleyes: None the less I enjoyed the film that has a couple of recognisable stars early in their careers,if your into the genre

the actual events of 1976 not to bad watchable but just don’t expect anything like todays crop of crime-dramas still an easy to follow film with a bit

Battle Of The V1 (Via Talking Pictures channel on Sky) Classic WWII drama this was the colourised version and spoils it for me as the definition
of characters faces and darker images (Particularly Night scenes) becomes blurred so I definitely prefer the original B&W version p, none the less if you
like the genre you can forgive this version…;)

like a pile of aircraft parts with vegetation growing everywhere IMPO. Still I suppose people could hire aircraft to fly over it and appreciate the art…:p

Nice to see an original idea hold despite what anybody will say it’s up to the owner and what the aircraft was possibly being used for, if not accepted
bringing negative comments then the owner can always change if he wants to I am just glad the aircraft is flying.
What I will say about paint schemes is at least like the example Meddle provided they should be some authenticity to the colours and not like the
Spitfire in the picture unless that was actually a colour scheme used anybody ?

Quest For Love (Via Talking Picyures channel on Sky) A typical classic 70’s Sci-Fi/Drama film that deals with an alternate universe and comes with
none of the modern CGI that so often accompanies modern Sci-Fi genre films if you like the genre you should be able to cope with the Drama side
of the film even if it does get a bit soppy at times…..:eagerness:

The Eagle Has Landed (Via History Channel on Sky) Always like watching this film good acting from a decent cast based on a fictional event
taking place during WWII although differing at the end from the Jack Higgins book. Which subsequently spawned a sequel called The Eagle Has Flown
I have read both books which compliment each other very well and anyone should enjoy if you like the genre….:cool:
