Ah yes! 🙂  That reminds me of a local archaeologist who took weeks to try and work out what a hit on his ground scan was. one evening he excitedly rang the land owner saying it was a wind mill! After a pause the farmer went “Ah! that explains why the roads called Mill lane.” Â
Nice bit of digging 🙂Â
Well wishes to Mr B. There is a photo going round of the aircraft moments before the accident that when IÂ first saw honestly thought you wouldn’t walk away from.
Any chance they are heading over to mainland Europe to display under different rules?
Saw this on FB and have just found your message, IÂ shall email you.Â
I love the wide variety in the lots. Think ill bid on a couple of cannons for the drivewayÂ
I’m not really a fan of shark mouth designs if I am honest. The only exception can be some P40s. Were there many spits with shark mouths?  Â
Welcome back though 🙂 We might miss the various random adverts but i doubt it.
Looking good 🙂
This is the type of subject i love this forum for. a mundane sounding topic but some really interesting responses. I knew about the Mossies tube as saw the one being fitted in the museums FB VI but hadnt thought of others. Â
Wonderful! Thanks for sharing 🙂 i always find the flying circus/ early airshow stuff very interesting.
It is but if anyone was able to pass on more immediate contact details it seemed better (also my handwriting is fairly pants and a typed letter never seems right for something like this) 🙂Â
I do indeed, oops 🙂 Title ammended
How did the costs get to that level? especially if they bought three to choose from. Â
It would be a huge shame if so. I have looked forward to see this fly for ages having missed them before.Â
