Following on the Iraqi Mi-28… I think the machine with the dark gray IR suppressor on the exhaust is a Russian MI-28UB. The following pic shows a Mi-28UB and it looks very similar to it..

well, as a Venezuelan myself I didn´t know about the use of vertical stripes in early Venezuelan air force a/c… if so this is very uncommon or maybe a mistake then… I wonder how you got the confirmation?
This is a Venezuelan CW-14 Curtiss Osprey with horizontal stripes on rudder…

Freehand, these A/C named Citation SR-560 Tracker (OT-47B) are used as mini AWACS and were provided to the Colombian government by the US for use against drug trafficking…

The Colombian Air Force has 05 SR-560 tracker..

Recently one of such aircraft was used to direct a pair of Kfir intercepting two Tu-160 in a returning fly from Nicaragua to Venezuela.
