it ´s an East African Airways EAA Vickers VC10 reg. 5X-UVJ (cn 884)
a more complete view:

East African Airways operated five VC-10s to destinations in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Sadly the airline went bankrupt in 1977.

Guys,

the First pair of Y-8C leaves for Venezuela, they´re covered with a washable temporary white paint coat, over the actual and new wraparound camo scheme.. with new lo viz Venezuelan markings and everything.. 😉

That pic was taken at Venezuelan Air Force Museum, and is dated around 80´s, because of the fictional overall silver finish…

Operationally, the were painted bright yellow and green because they were assigned reconnaissance & SAR missions..
