The pods are Elettronica ELT/555 ECM pod.
Northrop F-5A were delivered in metallic colours, see attachment during handing over ceremony.

Today, the Colombian Air Force has shown to the press the T-90 calima trainer

was made in Colombia and based in a commercial type….

the first example has the serial FAC-2440
