indeed that is an AT-27 tucano.. not from FAC but from Fuerza Aerea Peruana (FAP)… their accent is the clue.. 😉

For sure we can see at least 4 Halo, some MD-500 (at least their dimmensions are the same for the MD-500 helicopters) and several floggers (in non operational status minus two of them according with their distribution along the air base)

…Not quite ‘first time ever’….. the Su-27SMK, first proposed by KnAAPO back in 1995, had provision for 2 x PTB-2000 fuel tanks – they are shown as MTB-200 tanks on the accompanying (poor) scan…

Guys, what about a nice pic of any of these fuel tanks …?
