so see this… it´s a beam that supports the hind´s tail boom… definitively an ornamental airframe..

that hind appears to rest in a play park; it wears the latest cammo pattern adopted by the nicaraguan helos… see the following hips shots as example… BTW and AFAIK all the operative and remaining nicaraguan hinds were sold before mid nineties to the peruvian air force… so I guess this is an ornamental airframe repainted in the current camo pattern…

AFAIK that pic was taken in 1997 by an USAF personel; I don´t have any additional info about those migs.

Have you maybe some more photos of that helicopter or some of Nicaragua?

..some of Nicaragua (former sandisnista).. 😉 enjoy them…

finally at the bottom and as a bonus, a cuban MI-24 as seen in 2005 in this very tropical livery…

the first venezuelan MI-35 are supposed to arrive here in aproximately a month and half

is the fourth a NOKO hind? the roundel isn´t exactly the same but it seems a bit simmilar… anyone??

over my home I use to see many helos: bell-412 from the Ven. Navy, Army and National Guard, bell 206´s, Bell 406, AS-61, Aravas, M-28 skytruck, AB-212, Super Pumas, Cougars, A-319CJ, Dassault Falcons, MI-17V5 and some C-130H´s and F-16´s…

hi guys.. I wonder what AF are these helos from?

they´re for sale but there aren´t no info available about their former user…

see the tail flag on a hind shot…(indonesia flag may be? but what about the camo pattern??)
