The trouble is bletchley park is quite run down, that is really true. However, it was still interesting to look around the house and the little huts too.
I think the only disappointment is that they dont seem to get as much credit and cash injection to restore it all as they should.

You can go on a tour there, or you can walk around on your own.

I live 5 to 10 mins drive from Bletchley park. I went there last year. Its a really good place to go if you get the chance. They even have a harrier there and I believe the nose section of a Hawker Hunter.

Hi EGTC it’s nice to be here, it could so easily have gone the other way. Sort of puts a different perpective on things, and makes one wonder if all the moaning about things that don’t really matter , is at the end of the day, worth it,

Do airlines pull flights for ‘light loads’ ? I assumed that providing there was passengers, flights went ahead regardless.

The interesting question will be how the retailers deal with all their ….99p price points. £9.99 to £10.20? I don,t think so. I’ll give it 6 months before we see the full £1 round-up e.g. £9.99 to £10.99 creeping in. These apparently successful price points are too valuable to be scrapped. Personally I can’t fathom it; when I see £11.99 I see £12.00 immediately…..

That would be interesting. However some companies are using other tricks to sum up trade. My mother works in tie rack and they put their prices up a while back to compensate for the VAT increase.. then when the VAT did increase tie rack told staff and customers that their prices wont be changing as they wont be making their customers pay for it!

In november I booked a coach ticket to go from MK to Barnsley which cost me £23.80. A few days ago I wanted to see if there had been an increase in price on the same route as im meant to be going to Barnsley again soon. So I checked for thursday and the price had gone up to £30.80. Im not sure if thats due to an increase on fuel or what but its a relatively surprising jump in price.
