The BAe 146 (G-LUXE) wasnt used because I believe that jet engines are more sensitive to volcanic ash (correct me if im wrong) so D-CALM was used instead.
As far as im aware the next flight booked for LUXE is Cranfield to Eindhoven where shes apparently going for repainting.
As stansted and Gatwick happily accepted GA to fly over, why didnt Heathrow?
I wish I had some time booked to fly while these restrictions are in place as it would be great to see the big airports from above, but sadly I lack the money right now.

No mate, all taken on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of April; dull and horrible in the mornings, better in the afternoons. I love taking photos in naff weather, more challanging than blue skies.
