Might be worth taking the cat to the local vet so they can check to see if it’s chipped. Unless you have a local resident association that you can contact that can help?
Very very sad. My cat, Poppy, went missing for 2 days last summer and I walked all over my estate all day for 2 days looking for her only for her to return home later on the second night and very hungry (we think she got locked in somewhere like a garage by accident)

The thing is that sometimes you need to visit your doctor many times before they refer you on to a hospital. Like when I was very very ill in 2011 and I had to visit my doctor weekly at times, eventually I got referred to a dermatologist after about 2 months, the first time the dermatologist saw me (which was another 3 month wait) he admitted me to hospital where I stayed for 3 weeks. Can’t fault the treatment and staff though, they were all great from the doctor, dermatologist right to the hospital staff, but it’s the system that needs changing slightly.

Wasn’t really looking at it as a ‘hollywood’ style shoot out thing. Armed response is not part of the police that I’m aiming to go in to so I’m not fully aware of how the AR work. My fault for not asking my relative in the police.

I didn’t think we necessarily had a ‘shoot to kill’ policy and it came down to circumstance more than anything else? Such as in this circumstance, intelligence maybe a key objective as to why they didn’t kill this lot.

Absolutely barbaric behaviour! Regardless of race and religion this behaviour is just dreadful.
