    I love the shot showing Trevosehead etc as all that is so familiar to me from my days flying in Cornwall 🙂 Lovely view.
    I also love the view overhead London! My only wish is that someone would photograph Southall, in West London, as I grew up there and it would be nice to see how it looks from above!!

    It sure is! I didn’t get long to get pics of it as the pilot was preparing it for departure.
    It’s known for having had a middair collision with a Luscombe a few years ago. KAY landed at EMA with damaged gear but the Luscombe and it’s pilots were not so lucky.

    It’s used as a para-dropper up at Cark airfield, I think. Comes down to IAE at cranfield for maintenance.

    Thanks for the update.
    I thought that when it left the intent was to have it on display somewhere. Sad to hear its future is still uncertain.

    Pistonrob, ignore those idiots. We’ve all wasted time trying to explain it to the nutters who won’t listen. If they want to think it’s mind control gas or whatever, let them, as they never want to believe the truth.
