    By the way, I think the F1 BAe 146 in your pic is G-OFOM which was white. 🙂

    Brilliant. I grew up by Heathrow in the 80’s and 90’s and saw most of the planes in your set of shots. Wonderful memories.

    Hey Moggy, I think that they have 2, one is silver and other is white. I’ll do abit of a search of the net later and let you know if thats the case.

    Was your plane G-ARNE? Hmm i’m sure i’ve seen it before. You didn’t happen to fly it down to Truro or perranporth somewhere between 2003 and 2007 did you?

    Thanks very much. I thought i’d try to show off something abit different as its always nice to break away from the normal airliners etc that everyone posts 🙂 I like smaller airfields as you always see something different and I enjoy flying from cranfield as theres always something different in. 🙂

    Such ashame the Auster ended its days like that! How very sad. 🙁
    I believe at the moment the F1 BAe 146 is at Cranfield on maintenance.

    I would suggest you just pay it. Unfortunately you never made it back to your car in time and was given a ticket. Ashame, but sadly its the truth. Atleast £25 sounds alot better than the £50 fine.

    Wow thanks for the info, Banupa 🙂 I appreciate it and I will certainly look for it! 🙂 The next time I go Cranfield i’ll take a trip that way and look 🙂
    Thanks for the images as well. They look great. I guess at one point it was a busy little airfield? Did inbounds and outbounds have to talk to Cranfield?

    By the way, was it Rogers Aviation that was used in the episode of ‘some mothers do av’em’ ?
