Come on people!! Let this subject go! Dozer had said million times in other forum, that no engagement between the F-22 vs typhoon had ever happened. And he have never heard anything about that! No F-22’s being detected at 80Km either!
Any ideas when the Su-35BM will start its flight test?

Sorry for my ignorance, but what model R-27P1/EP1 is?
As far as I know there is just R-27R/ER (SARH) and R-27T/ET (IR) isn’t it?
Thanks
So, what’s the advantage of a fighter using IRST if it can only see an enemy but cannot shoot it down? What’s the big deal?
With all due respect to the Typhoon, but judging the first photo posted by TEEJ, looking the MKI and Typhoon side by side, regarding the design, it’s the MKI that seems a 4.5 generation and not the Typhoon. At least for me.

Also, can we conclude that the simulated combat BAe made (I don’t remember the name) which the EF encontered the Su-35 and would smash the Flanker  by 8:1 was totally BS !
Changing the subject a little, but worth seeing…
Have you guys seen that?

Lol. There are tons of PLAAF Flanker pics out there carrying the striped training missiles, almost like every one of two pics of a Chinese Flanker in the air has a training missile.
Read my post again. I said RUSSIAN Su-27s, not Chinese.
Tell me please first how you got to that conclusion?
Just look for any photo site (Airliners.net for example), type Su-27 and see if you find any Russian Su-27 flying with missiles.
even MORE impressive joey. Recent published report(Combat Aircraft Magazine) says 39,000 lb each!

How many Su-27SMs are in service today with Russian Air Force? Last information I’ve heard (dated 2005) says is about 12 operating from Lipetsk. Any new information?
Thanks
Sorry for my ignorance, but can anyone tell me why the nickname of the Super Hornet is Rhino?
Thanks
Seeing that video posted by JFrazier, I’d like to ask: During air shows (like the recent Langley Air Show) when the Raptor starts its demo, the pilot climbs imediately after taking off and then he pulls up to vertical, the plane climbs a hundred feet (I don´t know how much feet), then he hangs a few seconds after return to level flight.
OK, it’s stops climbing because the plane has no power to continue climbing or the pilot did not apply full afterburner, because judging the video posted by JFrazier we can assume the F-22 has plenty of power to climb, right?
Thanks in advance
