    I’m further discussing Tejas Mk.2’s undoubted equivalence to the Gripen-NG, and it’s competitiveness to it.

    How does LCA compete with Gripen aerodynamically?

    Any details on the rbe2-aesa? Will it have wide fov like the selex/saab variant?

    The Mirage IIIs have already been retired, replaced by second hand Mirage 2000. FX-2 is to replace the Mirage 2000s (single engine), & later the F-5M (twin-engine) & AMX (single engine).

    The F-35 is a single engine aircraft and the fact that the USN, US Marines, RN etc aren’t worried about a single engine design. Why should Brazil?

    As well as the whole purpose of FX-2 is to replace their mirage III fighters which are single engine fighters.
