I wonder where all the old Libyan aircraft will go to. How about some Burkinabe Mig-23s, Zimbabwean Mirage F-1s or Congolese Mig-25s? :diablo:
What are the chances that Germany will join this project?
Nice that Germany finally accepts its international responsibility. I just wished that they had applied the original green ISAF roundel on the vertical stabilizer this way the Tornados would have looked like real Taliban jets :diablo:
Not long ago someone posted a picture of a Mi-24P (allegedly of the Congo-Brazzaville air force) with a huge eagle painted on it. Today I looked at the pic again and I’m convinced it’s actually Malian. The serial looks exactly like the ones seen on Malian Mig-17s and Mig-21.
Ethiopian Mi-35P
this T-35 pillán is from the extinct “Fuerza Aérea Panameña”…
A great find for sure! Do you know whether Panamanian T-35s were armed? (or even used in combat?)
Any chance of scanning and posting them Fabe?
Sorry but I really don’t want to hurt this awesome magazine I can however prepare a profile if you want me to do so.;)
For all those interested there are two pics of Zairean Mi-24 in the German magazine “Fliegerrevue Extra” (an amazing magazine). Both wear Zairean roundels!
I think it woudl be the best for the US to let them buy the AMX. This way Venezuela only finances the Brazilian and not the Russian defence industry and in the case of an armed conflict they could use their influcence to cut off spare parts
pure BS of course..
BTW where do you think Venezuelan Su-30s will se action first? Skirmishes with the US navy? Political turmoil in Bolivia or Colombian paramilitaries?
And I thought first, it was because of the German-Polish politic discords… :dev2:
oh yes the potato affair :diablo:
Yep, Tajik stuff is hard to come by. But I think this one is also a nice find 😎
Nice one but with HIM being gone it just isn’t the same 😮
I CONFIRM NOT A SINGLE FIGHTER GOT OFF THE GROUND IN 2003 ALL PILOTS WERE TOLD TO (GO HOME) AS NO POINT IN EVEN TRYING,,,
EXCUSE ME WHO EVER IS TRYING TO MAKE IT INTO A CULTURE THING…
P.S I WAS THERE..OK
Do you know anything about Iraqi airforce operations between 1991 and 2003? Were there combat missions against insurgents?
According to site below Indicates unverified quantities A-5 Fantan ( note mistaken says F-5 ) and maybe 10 aircrafts in service with Sudan Air Force.
I rather think they meant the Chinese built Mig-17 which is called F-5.
