FR charges 20 extra € for the use of “Miss”:diablo:
My in laws were forced by FR to check their carry-on because the wheels didn’t fit in their screening device (the rest of the lugguage was fitting). FR are rats and everything is good to steel money from the customers.
The flight (DUB-BIQ) was 1 hour late but they took the time to screen the lugguage of most of the passengers at the boarding gate… no comment.
I hate this airline!
Never underestimate the endless human stupidity….
Boring …..
A lot of 717 on the market soon ….
Fr has been lucky so far and that’s fortunate.
I just hope that their first accident will not enlight heavy deficiencies in their safety rules and maintenance.
It costs that much for a cup of coffee and a bun at some EU airports! 😮
Yep just another rip off!
Not to speak about the price of a bottle of water AFTER the security check!
That’s your opinion
I just hope that the EU will impose the same racket tax the the US traveller entering the EU: what a shame!
Well it makes me wonder if boeing didn’t stop the 717’s production line too fast.
It seems that the 717 is still an attractive product for many airlines (now) and the used ones are searched on the used market.
Good news. I hope we will see some of them at BIQ soon.
I have not been overly impressed with AF. I most recently flew on one of their ATR 72’s (LHR-CDG) and it wasn’t the best of flights for all sorts of reasons.
The return leg was on a BA A319. This was a much more agreeable experience. I just wish they’d sort out their industrial relations.
Well AF doesn’t operate any ATR but some partner airline operate them under AF colors.
However it was certainly AF’s customer service standards…
They say in this industry 1 bad review reaches a thousand or so people, where as 1 good review only reaches a couple of dozen.
In AF’s defence, I wouldn’t say the plane was a wreck. Perhaps just ‘tired’ or aged. Unfortunately, for airlines, passengers expect exceptional interior now-a-days for a low price. And with a fleet the size of AF’s, it must cost a lot and take a long time to upgrade their whole fleet. But I generally agree – I wouldn’t enjoy flying in that aircraft.
Well you’re right maybe not a wreck, but …….let’s say very old.
I can understand that the plane himself is old , but the seat can be easily replaced…. Just a disgrace
Shame…United’s c/s is much better than CO’s.
I agree about the old c/s. I’m not sure about this white thing that they introduced a few years back.
If they go for a all white thing they might as well go for the CO c/s
AF does the same for one year or so.
It makes me wonder … Since the passengers seating on the exit rows are supposed to be able to help the other pax in case of an emergency evacuation , do the airlines charging more check if the pax is able to assist the other pax?
What’s happen if they are not? Do they get their money back?
