Nice pics, thanks for posting
Don’t usually do cockpits, but today for some reason two of the Sea Vixen (best I could do ). The red airframe is I believe DHC3 Otter VP-FAK, an ex British Artic Survey aircraft, the Comet cockpit in the background is from the ex Duxford C.2(R) xj695.
Nice videos, good editing on first one.
I’ve heard of that one, too. Something tells me it was a Focke-Wulf 190 that was featured?
109’s I think.
Len Deighton’s, 1982, novel ‘Goodbye Mickey Mouse’. About a group of American fighter pilots, flying escort missions over Germany circa 1943-44. Unless made by Disney the name would have to changed. S hould have cross Atlantic appeal as its about US airmen fighting in Europe.
Why the pixilated artwork?
Was also at DX yesterday, although not as heavily armed as the pro,s and because you can’t get to much of a good thing three shots from me.
