Yes I have started threads in couple of forums to get enough answers. pprune.org is also one of them.
I’m doing a master’s degree in Innovation Management at Technical University of Hamburg. I don’t have a specific title yet but it is about the perception of quality and importance of different cabin parts/functions and how they change with flying frequency.
For example the seat comfort could be important for non-frequent flyers but it is not as important as luggage space for frequent flyers.
