Splendid news, never been to Sywell. Duxfords made a mistake but hey ho Legends continues
Another fine update John.
Another fine piece of work completed.
Another fine mess we’re in
Congratulations PT and the crew, I did see this wreck before the restoration, and it was very flat! from the impact, I also had pointed out parts that would possibly be incorporated into the flying aircraft.
A welcome colour scheme . look forward to seeing her in the flesh.
Spiffing update !
Thank you so much for these links, I was wondering what to do today
Thank you
Thank you
Thank you
Thanks Jaguar, thats confirmed it !
I can sit and watch all day NOS, its completely riveting!
I think before we hat the Typhoon, the Hurricane dig etc, I think the filler of cleaning the floor did it !
Yes, that’s it the tailplane , I wonder if the low hours of this year could put that off for one more season?
‘Just Jane’ at East Kirkby was to have her tail section off this winter as part of the return to flight restoration, its been the wingtips over the past 10 months or so which has taken far longer as the originals were is a very poor state, well poor for being airworthy.
Look up Neville Weeldon on YouTube he is doing some fantastic job on Just Jane’s continuing rectification works.
super update, thank you John
Trumper maybe like your car the engine is a consumable not covered unless the vehicle was a total loss
JeerpMan, Glad you were up there to relay !
aha, J Dibbs Esq, what a guy !
good article, makes you think what they went through in those last seconds.
Very good again but felt a little empty in parts, maybe we were spoilt in the first three, still looking forward to next weeks.
I wonder if that is just to keep current for the crew?
Cant remember the last time we see the Lanc here in Essex, great spot JM
