    OH my God…tphuang is debating with Star49 😐 -_-“

The simulator cockpit just shatters another myth, I remember how some ppl were hoping like rabbits when the PT-1 cockpit pics came out…

Now Pakistan, being 8 times smaller, been under sanctions longer than India cannot match India in every field…its simply not possible even in excellent conditions.

Look what we have gained at the end of the day…that is what matters…and I think we have gained alot in a very short span of time, that also mostly under sanctions. That makes this whole thing even more fascinating. We’ve actually learned more under sanctions and difficult conditions then in easier conditions.

Minimum Detterent is what we need, We have no plans of Empire-Building or bullying our neighbours so we dont need every cool toy up for grabs.

The Iranian airliner was 3+ nautical miles outside of an assigned 10 nautical mile flight corridor, and it was flying nearly a half hour behind schedule.

Iranian patrol boats had been harassing the USS Vincennes, and an Iranian P-3 was flying nearby – an indication that an aerial attack was an imminent possibility.

After the events of September 11, 2001, it is hard to argue that the USS Vincennes was even at fault in the shootdown of the Iranian A300. Suicidal small boat attacks were used by Iran during attacks on civilian shipping during the so-called “Tanker War,” while suicidal “human wave” attacks (involving ten of thousands of conscripts) were frequently used by the Iranians in the 1980-88 war.

The bottom line is that the captain and crew of the USS Vincennes acted promptly and decisively in a high threat environment. The same cannot be said of the captain and crew of the USS Stark, which had been attacked the previous year.

Just wanted to say the West was providing the Chemical weapons to Iraq at the same time 😮

They also just test the missile to well…’test’ it out to see if production quality is fit faat, you dont want your missiles going nuts during a war.

and Barbarian you stay concerned with your Afghanistan. I dont know what you’re talking about, I was there just a week ago…yeh you’ll see beggers but you are just exaggerating and doing it in great English. Khodebamaan.

    Looks Good ,

I have not been keeping track of JF-17 , Can some one tell me if JF-17 is an unstable aircraft and does it uses Quadraplex Digital FBW control system.

Also whats the usage of composite on this aircraft ??

    Thanks

It can have Quadraplex if customer desires, but what I read somewhere is to minimize the costs, PAF isnt going for that option.

and heh…look at Musharraf…he looks so happy to be in J-10

I’m not sure how Europe was a dominant force in the world throughout the time..After Roman Empire there were plenty of strong strong empires from the East…Caliphate, Turks, Mongol, Mughal… but out of all these I feel Ottoman Empire was the greatest threat to Europe…the fall of vienna would have caused so much changes in the world today dont you think…

but eventually yes, Europe did became the dominant force

but the fact that numerous Muslim consumers have chosen to boycott parts of Danish industry which have nothing to do with the actual newspaper (Jyllands-Posten)

When the publishers of cartoons made mass generalization of Muslims….why do you get offended when the response is also generalization? Be it boycott of products or calling back of diplomats. One side spread hatred by implying that Muslims are terrorists from the core of their religion….now the response is also a generalization…that Danish Government and Newspaper are to blame although the government has nothing to do with it..I think they’re getting the taste of their own medicine.

From a non-Muslim, Christian, Jew perspective. I personally do think that Muslims in general are the quickest to jump into “Jihad” (Religious Wars). It almost seems Muslim revel in war for their religion. They are ready to shed blood (either their’s or others) over anything that seems offensive to their faith. I think the world does need to understand the Muslims better, but I also think the Muslim need to see why so many people around the world view Muslims the way I do.

Are Christians around the world burning flags and threatening to suicide bomb the creators of this?

There are many reasons for this, In most of the Christian majority areas..you will mostly find christians just because their parents where christians..their societies are secularised.., they live in securalised world where being a good christian is “un-cool” and has many stereotypes attached to it. Its about how much you are into your faith, and obviously this shows Muslims have more faith in their religion.
Another factor is The Church Failed the Europe…All you had were Popes playing King makers, sending kids to crusades and I dont know what else. But..in Muslim world ..it was actually totally opposite, Muslims were the Super Powers when they sticked closer to the principles of Islam, It was the Golden Era for them..but slowly as they moved away from the Teachings of Prophet..they fell…to colonialism and then into ignorance as we all know very clearly what menace colonialism is. Then came Communism vs Capitalists and Capitalists did a lot of investment to use the Zeal in Muslims against Communism…and the story is long and goes on.

And like Grey Area pointed out, fundamantelism isnt just limited to Islam, it goes with every religion. I think the only difference is the West spread the extremism in Islam to meet their own agendas…..then left the extremists to do whatever they want. And now they are upto this again, only difference is mental support to Islamic Extremists…Zaywahri will be so delighted with this..I wouldnt be surprised if another tape omes out ranting the cartoons and calling for Terrorism.

. I personally do think that Muslims in general are the quickest to jump into “Jihad” (Religious Wars)

The Fact that you call Jihad a religious war shows how much you know about what Jihad actually is in Islam…with your definition you have taken yourself to the same level as Osama Bin Laden and Co as far as Jihad is concerned.

If you are interested to learn what Jihad actually is, PM me, and I’ll give you some nice links about it.

It used to be blasphemous to say that the earth was round. What hate is there in that?

Aren’t there any cartoons of non-muslim prophets? If there are, who made them, for what purpose and why are we not seeing offended persons of the affected beliefs protesting loudly?

Earth can be round or square or star shaped, that is’nt the concern..nor thats a relevant thing to say here…what matters is what is being said in the paper is spreading hate today..

    As to your other point..

Remember when Christian Voice led street protests against BBC screening of Jerry Springer – The Opera in which Jesus Christ was well..you get the meaning…
one of the BBC official ended up recieving Death Threat.

As to scale of protests…different cultures have different values So you need to see it from that angle as well…the World does not starts and end in West. Majority of the humans live in East…if no one bothers to protest about something in your part of the world..it doesnt means that this will be case in other parts of the world. And then..all these protests…are they not also using freedom of speech and freedom of expression? Why does it suddenly change when someone outside Certain European entities uses the same notion?

And I think it will be wrong to blame all the danes and Europe…I’m sure most of the Europeans enjoy the freedom of speech and expression..not use it to incite hatred between different cultures.

So what did this Paper achieved? More harm than good not just for Danes…but for everyone else…helping terrorism is not a good thing to do…Giving Osama Bin laden another new reason to recruit..then you guys complain that they just keep on comming.
