Paks aid against Iran is understandable. Pak’s Sunni majority has had many issues with Irans Shia’s over Afghanistan and Baluchistan.

Excuse us, Only small minority of Sunni extremists have “many” issues with Iran’s Shias…and the other way around. Yes There are differences over Afghan Policy, but that is not serious enough to create hostilities.

I dont know how it will turn out, but am sure Pak will suffer the consequences long term just like they did with the afghan adventure – drugs, terrorist gangs, lawless border, dark jihad armies.

Good points, Pakistan should learn from the lessons of the Past how Americans left Pakistan after fullfilling their interests, they raised the Jihadi armies, extremists..well eventually thier dirty foriegn policy lead upto sept 11.

Hope whatever hostile policies they have again ppl is more sensible and made by sensible ppl, not hawks and senators bought by gifts of lobbyists.

AS Distiller said, the thread should be merged, every neigbour of Iran is a strategic variable in this whole thing, obviously that includes Pakistan too.

Lets not forget the massacre of Pakistanis commited when Mr/s dostum took over Kabul….and their failure to protect Pak Embassy. These guys are next to or worse than OBL…..Pak is already being very generous by “considering thier “request”..why are we even discussing this? lol

aye, thats why they export it through Pakistan to rest of the world..using Pakistani passports offcourse…..besides there is demand for it everywhere in the world for v. high price….you just need to reach the market somehow…and given the borders..it is tough to stop it until Afghan Gov cracks down on it…I dont understand why they dont do it. and I’m sure you’ll agree that heroin should not be used other than medical purposes(?)

I say Pak should return the AC on condition that Afghans should stop smuggling Heroin.

Yea, there is absolutely no point in getting anything else, they didnt pay for ToT just for 3 subs and besides incase they do want to invest more they can go for some sort of upgrade package or something for Agostas…even that is not needed for time being.

Just give them back, but later the northern alliance government will start blaming Pakistan that the planes arent air worthy ;), but hey who knows they arent in one piece anymore :p.

Just give them the planes after they’ve been all retired from PAF…they’ll be more air worthy 😉 than what they seek.

Not the best my Friend, beautifull indeed there’s one really good artist who did work on J-10..the whl picture looked like REAL! His name starts from ‘S’ I think, cnat remember the whole.

There was some piece of news on Pak’s Indigenous Satellite on Jan-9 Edition of Jang Rawalpindi. I’ll try to post the pics of it (taken from Cell cam) so not good quality. I’ll do it in a day or two. All I could make of the news is the Project is not at te stage ppl were hoping..as usual its behind schedule, just my personal opinion.
