    Damn, we’re doomed ;(

What if like A first explosion to fragment the object and then a series of explosions timed at right moments to deflect the incomming gravels….yes, some will get through, but better to save the planet than few cities imo…

AS for what the object is made of, cant humies recognise that already with satellites and other telescopes and stuff they got….

military coup in the name of re-establishing democratic rule in the country?

isn’t that the slogan for almost every coup?

Ditto! Ask our Generals, all promise Elections within an Year, but we get elections after they’re overthrown by immense public pressure or when they’re blown up…that usually takes a decade. People here are so tired of corruption, they have become indifferent to who governs them.

People deserve the governments they get.

And not trying to sound rude or anything, wouldnt it be better to move this thread to World Affairs Forum…I’m sure no aircraft played any major role in the coup 😉

I wonder what would be the reaction amongst some of the Fundamentalist Christian churches in America if a senior Muslim cleric was perceived to have made disparaging remarks about Christ ??

Stop highlighting your lack of knowledge about Islam. Its the people like you who are sitting in the governments recruiting for Al Qaeda.

Personally I Respect Pope, even after what he said, and it was no biggie, he was quoting, but like Hurrifan pointed out a more rational reply from a Muslim, does it reaches the Western Media….? NO. What you see is only violent replies by certain segments and thats the ONLY thing you see, because thats is what you are supposed to see, so that you feel like PhantomII here, it did the trick to him, it will do to others…people get alienated, people get disriminated, then people feel angry, some are humiliated, some are shown hatred in every aspect of life, thne Al Qaeda shows them a different path, to get back at them…some see it, most throw it aside as bs rightly, but then again, you just need one person with an explosive to do the damage…I hope you realise PhantomII, indirectly, you help recruit the terrorists. Your phobia is so deep and twisted, I am not a qualified Psychiatrist, so I cant help it. But you help them…you’re very similar to the very people you hate. Besides One Bomb, of wihch thousands have been used against Muslims is X times more powerfull than a sucide bomber.

Western Media always potray violent image of Islam, they like burning tires and images, its more dramatic, more ppl watch, more money. Who’d watch a moderate Cleric saying to respond rationally, offcourse everyone would like to see Burning cars and churches being attacked and burned.

Phalcons wouldnt really be an effective solution for PAF facing superior AF, lesser planes to hunt down for them, so Yea maybe they ‘re as good for as those given the situation, the time, the money..we couldnt really monitor all of India with Phalcons anyway and most of the Things we need to monitor are easily in the range of Erieye so its as good with better agility ofc and oh its cheaper and since Phalcons werent available to us, Erieye made the most sense.

Hey wait!! I can get one too :D, but I cant be bothered to download the logo from the internet, then print it and then stick it on “DRDO’s succesfull project stories”. Manuals arent hard to get really :p even if they arent done the download-from-the-net-and-post-it-on-forums style.

Lets be more concerned abour Mr.Shankaran’s leakage regarding the IN’s air arm 😮

American base their claims on their ‘intelligence’ , well, now thats credible information, Crobato, no way you can refute that so just shut up :P.

Lavi and J-10 looks quite similar to general public, which cant tell if its F-18 or F-16, now only if you look more closely you will see almost everything is NOT similar. Yes bothj have two wings, a cockpit, a nose and an intake under the belly! zzz -___-

Bottom line is, at the end of the day, China has a craft very different from Lavi and they wil lhave it in great numbers.

I want to know what the USA government has done to alienate the extremists? And destroy their ideology?

The democracy shyt isnt working sorry, nobody buys it here, esp after what happened in Palestine, what is happening in Iraq and Afghanistan and continued US support to dictators, even in my own country, everytime a dictator came, US was the first in line to offer freindship. Tell me something new…..there is no “peace” “justice” “hope” and other Star Wars Stolen words either…same above reasons why nobody buys it. What goes around comes around, old commie patriots in their soviet uniforms would be laughing their heads off.

I think its the oil and they needed an interim enemy to justify defense spending until they see ok, China is now strong enough, fire OBL department, I want 25 Bn gone to Anti-China dept set up in CIA right away. Thats the bigger picture ladies.

I though posting an article without comment or purpose or taking a position was a no-no. If I recall it was Frank that told me this a while back.

In any event this bird is a communist and a hater of Israel among other things. One of his favourate ploys is to quote himself (as an expert of course). I listened to a speech of his in Toronto a while back. He plods through his material and puts you to sleep. He and Fisk are the two biggest con artists on the university curcuit but are popular nevertheless as you can imagine. 🙁 The Canadian Broadcasting Corp love him.

At the start of the Afghan invasion he was talking about how it was a U.S.plot to murder 2,000,000 people. Some of the NGO’s at the time were predicting the same result.

    Sauron

So Hater of Israel makes you some sort of less valuable person? is that what you’re implying?

Phrozenflame: Some people might tell you that World War II slowed things down, in that between 1939 and 45 normal politics effectively ceased; who can tell what would have happened had World War II not occured. But now we’re into the murky realms of counter-history.

    Steve.

The British Imperials were well known for their delaying-tactics politics or whatever is the right word.
