The external museum aircraft are parked at the Northern end of the runway next to what I remember to also be the VIP area. I think there was an old Herc too. If you tour the national museums of Ecuador, Chile, and Argentina the Canberra gets pride of place in all three.
If you’ve landed into Quito, by the time you see that Canberra the thrust reversers are screaming and your heart is probably just starting to calm down!!!!!

Always brighten up a dull afternoon in Spain!
APC104,
Thanks!
My camera gives a crop factor of 1.5.
There are graphics and diagrams on the following that explain ‘Crop Factor’.

Superb, thank you for sharing.
Ref. the Lowfly website, they mention a 300mm with a 1.6 crop is ideal. What is a 1.6 crop?
Thanks

I have finally see it! Never saw it on telly the first time around.
However, it took 3 attempts to purchase the region 2 DVD as I was told twice that the company manufacturing the DVD is no longer able to supply said item! Get them while you can fellas…
The scenes around the White Cliffs are superb!
I took this in La Paz May 2005
Next to the hangar housing the T33s is the VIP terminal. If you have the chance to fly from this, you will probably have the oportunity to meet one of the squadron pilots – typically happy to speak to anyone. I asked what they flew, they guy said ‘ come with me’ ; and thus followed a 20 minute tour of the T33s. I was not allowed to take any pics of tail markings or the cockpiy layout. Sorry

Thanks for the reply and link.
Nice shots by the way – like the Red Arrows images on PPrune!

I gather someone read my question here and transfered it over to pprune where the answer appears to be no.
Apparently single engined jets are frowned upon over heavily populated areas.
Shame, I’ve seen the Italians flying their Harriers over Rome before!
Hola carleso123.
Apart from the book shop in Gracia, are there any other place in BCN that sells aviation books (at reasonable prices!)?
Gracies

Graham,
I also run my own businesses and appreciate the amount of time it takes to get things done properly.
I would note this thread down as ‘Customer Service’ rather than ‘Marketing’.
Good luck – produce a quality product and the happy customers will sing louder than the others.
