    RESPECT

I think more respect should be shown here. A Snowbird pilot has lost his life on May 18 / 2007 and your here talking about what planes should be used 😡

    114177

I noticed an error on the Nanton website for tutor 114177. The picture showing 114177 flying upside down and it states that the photo plane is 114130, it should be 114030.

    tutor Jet

    Peter:
I am not in the military.I have an interest in aviation. I noticed on another site that someone saw 114037 on a DND truck. Supposedly, there are 10 to 15 more tutors being sent to Base Borden from Mountainview to be used as training aircraft and 114037 is one of them. I saw some pictures of 114177 on the internet and it looks like a great job was done on the restoring of this aircraft. Is it true that this aircraft will not be put up on a pedestal as originally planned? Do you belong to the Nanton Air Museum?

    114178

114178 is at Base Borden and was displayed as a full aircraft when I saw it. Just wondering why you would pick 114178? What did you hear about a tutor that was put outside and could not be used anymore?

    Tutor 114151

    Peter:

There are a few tutors at Base Borden that are in two pieces. They are still being used for training aids.

Tutor 114153 is at Base Borden and is painted in the Golden Centennaires paint scheme. Tutor 114151 is also at base Borden , but it is in two parts. This aircraft is in the 1976 paint scheme for the Snowbirds.
