The Lost Tomb Of Jesus
Did the guy who made the film Titanic have ment to found Jesus tomb?

James Cameron is the Exectutive Producer of this DVD but the rest of this biblical adventure is down to the Indiana Jones persona of Simcha Jacobovici, the Director.
To qoute the notes on the back of the DVD,”In 1980,a bulldozer accidentally uncovered a first-century tomb in Jerusalem.Of the 10 coffins found inside,6 bore inscriptions:Jesus son of Joseph;Maria:Mariamene ( the name by which Mary Magdalene was known ),Joseph,Matthew, and Judah son of Jesus.
Dismissed by archaeologists as a coincidence, the coffins were warehoused and forgotten.25 years later, filmmaker Simcha Jacobovici and his team went in search of the coffins…..and the lost tomb. What they found may well be the most controversial archaeological discovery of all time,”
Still in Fox Mulder mode,”The truth Is Out There!” 😎
The only world leader to dance worse than his dad and bring Bill Clinton to laughable tears twice.Truely a man of the people.

Wedding Belles(2007).
Set in present day Edinburgh, this is a down to earth study of 4 life-long friends (all girls) ,as one of them prepares for her wedding, but their lives are thrown into turmoil with a series of hilarious, shocking and heartbreaking revelations.
This is British TV movie-making at it’s best.Mary Whitehouse must be spinning in her grave. It’s all down to a brilliant cast(includingShirley Henderson,of wholm I am a big fan.
Funny and filthy,I enjoyed every minute of this film.I first caught it on Channel 4 but,due to the very broad Scotish accents,I missed a few lines here and there,so had to get it on DVD with English sub-titles.
A cracking film,highly recommended:D .

I saw The Departed last week, we loved it, but didn’t think it was as good as Goodfellas. I was surprised to see the great Ray Winstone in the film, he’s fantastic until it comes to different accents, they should have left him to be himself, what difference would it have made, well it would, I think he would have complimented Nicholson far more, because Ray would have felt more comfortable.
Sexy Beast is one of my all time faves, watch it if you haven’t.
I would gladly sit through ANY film that Ray Winstone is associated with.He first came to my notice in Scum(1979) which was a re-make of an original 1977 TV film
Two of my favorite RW films are the “who stitched up who” thriller Face(1997) and his portrayal of the coke-snorting,domineering “husband” in the hard hitting Nil By Mouth(1997).A couple of totally unglamorous looks at Britian’s seedier side of life.
As is London To Brighton(2006),a low-budget British film which desereved more attention than it received.
