China is still run by the communist elite. Make no mistake.

They are desperately holding onto power. How long they will be able to is very speculative.

Their removal from power would leave a huge vacuum to be filled by who knows how many different factions including foreigners.

It also could spark a civil war the likes of which the world has never seen.

But remaining in power becomes problematic for the communists if they cannot manage the economic and social change that has started and will escalate. This to could precipitate a civil war.

The China Story is on the verge of surpplanting the Ameican Story at what cost remains to be seen.

The US could well become a 2nd rate power in the next 10 years or so.

Many think it is already.

Another vaccuum this time worldwide could well be created at what cost again is very speculative.

Will China implode?

Will the US implode?

Maybe its an accepted fact. But facts usually have supporting evidence. A picture doesnt make the nut.

But Ive seen it nowhere in print that the RN has or has plans to increase the # of Sylver cells. Nor have I seen it in print that they would only carry the ASTER 30.

Including Richards site, to which Ive contributed, to which I referred first but not only.

If Im mistaken please enlighten.
