Henman is of Wimbledon once again at the semi-finals for the 4th time.He lost in straight sets to Hewitt which is a shame.

I’m sure the Virgin group with Richard Branson would love to do something wacky like that!

Yes,to much traffic over the UK and to many controlers being forced in to over time and extra pressure due to the fact there isn’t enough people in the job. Also the computer problems at Swanick and other ATC centres is just asking for a crash or another near miss one day.

    RE: British Airways London Eye

I went on the London eye three years ago.One of the best attractions in London and well worth the money for the Millenium if you get my drift..dome..Beautiful views over London and like you said you can see the planes landing at LHR.
I don’t think its spoils the area,if anything it brightens the area up.All major cities have them now,Paris,Vienna, ect.

Its Africa,22 people on a cargo plane would seem normal. It was a Air Gulf Falcon 707 cargo aircraft I believe it was.Terrible news,my prayers go out to the families who have lost loved ones.

    We beat Brazil eventually……..

Henman beat Sa to reach his old friend at Wimbledon-the semi-finals where for the last four years is the best posistion he has got to.He beat Sa in four sets,6-3 5-7 6-4 6-3.
Now he faces world number one Lleyton Hewitt.

The 737 seems a bit ordinary and submissive compared to the likes of the Russian designed aircraft such as the TU-154 and IL-86 though it is still a splendid aircraft.Great picture!

RE: bmi baby new Cardiff hub

It definately seems that they have choose to compete very close with GO, since Cardiff and Bristol are quite close. I think they will offer many of the same destinations offered by GO from Bristol. However, after some research it seems as if Cardiff is a weird move, as it has quite a small catchment area when compared to Bristol. If you look at same-carrier services at Bristol and Cardiff, BRS services usually have at least twice the capacity.Though the fact that BA have nearly abandoned Cardiff could be a reason why bmi baby have chosen this airport.

    Sad about the accident…

Philip Le Quense,a well known pharmacist of St.Helier Jersey was the Briton killed.Very sad,the second person from the Channel Islands to die in an air accident this year, earlier a man died in a helicopter crash in Russia.
