Thanks guys, yes it is my website and it took some work i can tell you.
Susy has been renamed Darlin Ann, after Taffs Wife and from what i was told yesterday she has been sold(the mustang not his wife) and will be going to Germany. This is what i was told by a freind on the Breighton staff, so do not shoot the messenger.
I was thinking of getting the 20d,do you really think the 10 is better?
I’ve seen many pix by the 10 and they always look good..
)
It depends on the situation, for airfields and airshows i prefer the 10d but for low level work i would sooner use the 20d. Both are very good cameras but the 10d is slower at writing its info to the card compared to the 20d. You can pick up a decent Second hand 10d for under £200.
I love my 10d …..:)
Nice shots there 😎 where abouts is Donna nook ?
James
Thank you James, there is a link below to the location of Donna Nook.
Hi all, thanks for the replies. The Jag came through around 1015ish. If you look at the pictures you will see a little bit of writing on them, put this website in your browser and you will find my website where all yuor questions will be answered.
regards Martin
Excellent pix….
Very impressed with the 10d as its a few years old now right ?
Is the lens and converter Canon as well ?
Sorry for the delay in my response. Yes it is a canon converter, and the end that goes into the lens is quite narrow and does not allow the use of the sigma lenses i have as they do not fit. If anyone is buying any converter, i would advise to try before you buy. The 10d is a great camera, i often use it for aviation instead of my 20d, except for lowflying nowadays were the 20d is a little quicker with its frames per second.
Thanks everyone
and part 3 and last part.

Thanks for the very intresting replies, i just know it as a Tucano regardless of engine size etc.
Yes i did get a shot of the orange one but it had gone slightly past me as i was concentratin gon the grey one as he stayed low and was a better option for me. I will post it later on
The Jags were: 3x flypast, 2x singles about 5 mins apart from CBY and then a flyast from the Boscombe Jag .
If anyone lives int he northern half of the country i can recommend spending half a day here . The next graduation date is not known yet.
If you look at Martins web site http://www.lowfly.net and all is revealed with maps and photos, well worth the look!
Cheers Cliff, yes look there under the welsh section and look for Cad west.
Cliff i am down for a week the week after the Bank Hol, email coming your way.
Brilliant pictures there off Linton On Ouse. Can I ask what is a Graduation?
And what and who owns that White Chopper.
James
Hi James, the graduation is when the pilots pass out from Linton upon Ouse on the tucano after completing the course before going to RAF Valley or if unlucky somewhere else ?. These are held evry 8-10 weeks or so and always on a Friday. The RAF sends aircraft from various sqns to do flypasts and mock airfield attacks in honour of its new comrades. The next one is pencilled in for the middle Friday in June.
The chopper i believe belongs to 32(royal sqn ) ??????
Is the first short a F.3 or GR model? Can’t see a refueling probe on the side
It is a Gr model. It kind of looked weird to me then i discovered it didnt have a probe .I asked on another forum and was told that they dont all have them fitted.
