Have looked at my settings and the “show hyperlink” setting had been checked somehow. Have re-checked it and pics (albeit under 50k) are now showing up as normal.
Ok, another delete of the cookies etc and reboot, along with a run of Norton Utilities seems to have me viewing pics as normal again without the link appearing.
Utilities diagnosed some Active X problems that it’s now repaired.

The common connection between all the PC’s I tried is Windows XP as the operating system. I downloaded Windows Media Player 9 yesterday onto the home PC. Don’t know if this has any relevance. I can still post pics normally on other sites I frequent.
Everyone I look at. I don’t see the picture, just a little clickable link which shows the picture in a separate window. This has been the same on my home PC as well as 3 I tried at work tonight.
