My Avatar….. ? It’s the old passenger terminal of Renfrew Airport. Not there anymore, closed in the sixties and got demolished in the 70’s. Glasgow is the new airport (opened in 1966) about a mile or so from Renfrew.

They have been pit-stopping at Glasgow and Prestwick for several weeks whilst performing US troop movements between the USA and the Gulf region.

One of the wheel bogies came off my A340-600 model, a bit of superglue fixed it fine but they do seem a little flimsier than usual on this model.
