I read in ALW this month that they are going to be retro fitted to previous 737 models for those airlines choosing to do so.

I was watching an A320 doc on Discovery last night and they said the side stick was to create more cockpit space and a clearer view of the flight instruments for the pilots.

Pretty sure I got a cockpit shot of the Zoom pilot’s waving at us ? The CSA 737 crew gave us a thumbs up as well. Off to the developers on Monday, unless I can find a one hour photo shop in Kinross. 😀

Sorry I didn’t come back on the roof to see you off Kev35, the lure of Harry Ramsden’s was too much to ignore and I was ravenous after all those pints of Guinness !

I read it and I think it insinuates Airbus need at least two airlines running the plane to make it worth their while… So why not Mr Branson then ?

Well that’s me got two now, bought the A340-600 model at the Aviation Shop at MAN today, not quite as impressive as Matthew Murray’s purchase mind you ! 😀

Great day out, arrived last and left on a BMI ERJ135 at half six. went to Safeways and home by ten past eight.

Report to follow and pics, probably Monday. Need to pack the kit bag now for 4 days of T in the Park ! 😀

Great pics there, I gave my mate a loan of my digi camera in order to get some similar pics hopefully, on his return from the Big Apple tomorrow.
