2010 Should be a cracking year.
Possibility of the TFC P47 flying (and the return of the rest of the fleet- including the gladiator of course)
Then on the continent we’ve got the ex-kindsvater buchon now in germany, the ex Ramon josa corsair being returned to the air also in germany, a new dutch p51, a full season for the redbull p38, and also the new sea fury for mr jacquard.
Also There’s the 2 RNHF Furies and swordfish and i would assume the Shuttleworth spit v later in the year as well.
sorry to bring back this hot potato…..
Any update on Tom Blairs long nosed D variant in florida?
Any further update?
i should certainly hope so. I think Lee Howard will be best to let us all know.
Now over to Lee…….
Is the 2nd swordfish nearing completion as well? I know BAEs has been commisioned to rebuild the 3rd example. That would be some sight.
what other airframes have hfl got? is a seafire one of them?
Any update as to whether its staying down under?
What’s happening with the he111 and mossie then? will they move to a new home?
Any news on whether TFC have sorted out their issues with the CAA yet Brian?
surely 2010 will be the year for the HAC Yak 1. Been rumoured to be nearing completion for a while now.
so no official word yet? Whats the name of the french guy who always posts those amazing pics from La Ferte Alais?
Such a shame in 70th anniversary year as well.
R.I.P.
Haven’t seen the new FP yet…..
Can anyone elaborate as to what projects are due to roll of the line next yet? i heard a rumour some time ago that Robs Lamplough has a project, but i don’t know if there has been anywork on it.
good to see lots of work going on with The TFC.Hopefully signs that 2009 can be put behind them.
Any news with the P47? How is work progressing?
Good on you Richard, very well said indeed.
Watching as everybody frantically backtracks ?
Personally love it – just like everything else that has come out of air leasing. Absolutely superb.
Is the p38 still on be agenda Richard or is that more a long term jobby? Looking forward to the schwarm of buchons in the not too distant future!!
