never mind, there’s plenty more exciting projects on the go.

The guys usually churn out 1 or 2 per year, so the question is, what is next?

Cr42, sea fury, mk 22 spit, la 9, beaufighter, p51 d to come back so not too shabby.

One thing i’m sure we are all agreed on, we sure are lucky *******s having the likes of mr grey putting his hand in his pocket to keep us entertained.

i think realistically we could have a flypast but i don’t know what sort of cost it would be compared to a full display? Mind you i’m spending more money on this wedding than pete doherty does on heroin!!

someones been watching the smirnoff advert!!!

i think a better bet is the dutch coast. occassionally when they drain and reclaim the land, little gems are found, not as badly worn as those in the channel.

mind you, i’m sure russia has one or two lying around.

well at least there are plans to but a spare. 3 centarus engines must be a challenge to maintain for sure!!

i wonder if there are plans for the sea fury, seafire, swordfish, wildcat, tfc corsair, skyraider and shuttleworth sea hurricane to do a navy tribute at some point this year? there was something similar at one of the shuttleworth displays last year was there not?

    cheers guys for your input!!

I contacted Peter Teichman about displaying one of his warbirds and what a true gentleman!! he really tried putting himself out to see what he could do, but because its being held in Hornchurch, its too populated. i was really chuffed he personally answered me e-mail, what a really nice guy.

I’ve noticed in the new flypast that someone has nicked his moustache!! well i suppose it comes with being based at an essex aerodrome….:D

Good to see black 2 had a wooden prop so hopefully engine damage is minimal.
