Hard to believe it’s already been five years since that day, but the time doesn’t seem to make it any easier to believe it actually did happen.

It wasn’t just an event to affect America, as people from all over the globe had their lives stolen from them by some animals with evil intentions. This is for all of the families affected and all the nations who lost citizens that day….

Just a thread to remember the victims and their families of that fateful day…may they continue to rest in peace.

When you Americans dropped bomb on other countries how do think their people feel? It seems to me Americans feel that their live worth more then that of others.

Ok, I had heard rumors about the VPAF aircraft recieving an upgrade similar to the Indian MiG-21 ‘Bison’ program. Major MiG-21/F-7 upgrades always interest me but this sounds more like a major overhaul. Have they upgraded the electronics?

Yes in 2003 VietNam did make a deal with HAL for the Bison upgrades worth $120 million, but I’m not sure what happened since. That deal was followed by an agreement for the VPAF pilots to train with the IAF.

Which subgenus of MiG would that be, what did they upgrade and who did the work?

The MiG-21 off course- I think they’re undergoing structural upgrade and the work was done by the VPAF. I have more pictures.
