    According to a news report I heard earlier, it measured 2.2 on the Richter scale.

    Now, our household never heard a thing (well, we were fast asleep), but someone who lives in Midhurst (about 10 or so miles south) e-mailed the BBC and said they heard it there! And someone also said they heard it in Worthing. :confused:

    Anyway, one things for sure, we like many could see the massive effect of the smoke.

    Here’s a few shots my dad took whilst out on an afternoon walk not far from us.

    First two from Hurt hill, Haslemere looking at the blast site

    We saw it in Kent though, well South East London bordering Kent

    I saw it in the news like half an hour ago, it looks scarey like some Hollywood movie.
