And what is going on in Serbia and Montenegro, I’ve heard alot about ‘breaking up’ lately, can you provide more datail?

This might sound stupid, but it surprised me that Serbia don’t even have its own MiG-21-upgrade like Romania or the Czech Republic, for some reason I believe Serbia could open up it’s own upgrade program, but that is pretty unlikely.
Either way, the main thing I want to know right now is the Serbian OrBat.
