    Sukhoi supremecy

During the mid-90’s Sukhoi have made its mark in the Asia-Pacific region with some of their products going to countries like China, India and Vietnam, and the most recent customers for the Sukhois have been Indonesia and an order for 18 Su-30MKM for Malaysia, some might say this is the end of Australia’s air-supremecy over the countries of SE-Asia.

But from my point of view, Australia’s military planners shouldn’t be worry by a few Sukhois in the neighbouring countries, why?

Because Australia is a nation that have sufficient fund for its national security, I doubt any country in this region could catch up to Australia in technological terms especially with the JSF program underway.
Critics view the JSF F-35 as a big waste of money, but it is the key to Australia’s air dominance in the 21st century, along the line with the ‘Wedgetail’ AWACS.

According to ‘The Age’ newspaper the Iraqis still have sailors on board the two frigates despite years of embargo by the Italians, under the Saddam-regime these sailors get paid $350-400 a month, but are they still there?

    Best European Airpower

I think the French military is the best in Europe because most of their weapons are produce locally and they one of the best in the world, and is superior in size compare to the UK.

Vietnam is not a major U.S ally so I don’t terrorist would target Vietnam, one reason is that it would be a waste of time and money, and Vietnam was once a victim of U.S imperialism just like the Arabs. The Americans slaughter Vietnamese women and children, and I think everyone in the Middle East know this, especially the Palestians.

Although the MiGs are being upgraded but happens if the VPAF wanted to replace the MiG-21s, what is the likely option? MiG-29 or more Su-27/30?
