12 minutes in, low fly by from 1-11 at Bedford on its departure flight.
WJ680 is flying in Australia isn’t it?
Not sure there’s space in Woodford’s museum with a VC10 cockpit joining XM602 apparently.
It’s all up for sale:

Hi Rich,
How does the conversion affect the certification of the aircraft when it comes to the return to flight?
It would be interesting to know why this had to be scrapped, if that has been its fate. I seem to recall that its being located at Elvington originally had something to do with the Handley Page Association … perhaps someone can confirm what that link was?
It was one of only four preserved complete examples remaining – the others being at Duxford, Norwich and Woodley.

The Gatwick example lingers. A candidate for Gatwick museum?
I have a feeling I’d read somewhere it will be static only. I think it donated a lot of parts to the runner at Gatwick.
Could be wrong though!
Speaking to the Gatwick team last year (who are far better qualified to comment) it’s going as a static only with spares used for their remaining ground runner.
The Bucc is civil registered as G-HHAA. I thought it could be flown under civil auspices but was awaiting a contract?
Edit: confirmed on their official page.
There is a lot of info on the ‘official woodford farewell’ facebook page. A chap called Steve Abbott seems to be in the know. The email given is avroheritage@gmail.com.
1988 according to wiki though I seem to remember that was a couple of airframes that were produced a couple of years previous that only required finishing off.
BAe 146 fits the All British tag.

U.S engines/APU, wings originally made in U.S, parts of empennage manufactured in Sweden. 748 is possibly last UK airframe/engine civil airliner. There’s a couple left at Southend which might just be the last active ones we have in UK/Europe.
G-OSOE has been given a Kenyan registration at Southend. One of the last chances to catch a flying 748 in the U.K?
Is G-JEMA still stored in a hangar at Blackpool?

Curious post on the link above. Hope it’s good news.
