Here’s a slideshow of the first few photos that I’ve processed from Thursday’s visit http://www.flickr.com/photos/shuttleworthpix/sets/72157632032207401/show/

The photos are stored in this album http://www.flickr.com/photos/shuttleworthpix/sets/72157632032207401/ where they’re available at a resolution of 2000 pixels.

    Yeah, you’re probably right.
    Not worth getting upset over.

    Do I know you..?

No need to worry, Andy. It’s just one of the grown-ups popping in to tell you to play nicely with the other kids.

I must say that I was astounded to see dual language posters plastered around the walls of my local tax office the last time I had the good fortune to visit. I had no idea until that time that there was a significant Welsh enclave in Croydon.

I wonder why they can’t bring back programs, like Love thy neighbour, Rising Damp, and and Alf Garnet in Till Death do us part.
Every TV set has an On/Off switch.

    Jim.

    Lincoln .7

Rising Damp is aired regularly and it’s still an excellent show with some of the best comic timing you’ll ever see. I wish they’d air Spike Milligan’s Q series again. I doubt we’ll ever see LTN again. Despite Eddie coming off worst and being shown to be a prat, the thought police can’t see past the end of their up-turned noses.

You placed a poppy for Steve that night. The BoB Memorial has a much greater presence at night and when it’s festooned with poppies it’s a powerful sight.
